Simple User Guide for the Proxima in CADCAM Lab

Step 1: Pull down the screen slowly and gently;

Step 2: Connect the mouse cable-from the wall socket, labeled "mouse"-to remote control jack #7 (see figure 0 and figure 1).

Step 3: Push POWER button #1 on the remote control panel(see figure 0) once and wait about a minute or you do other things.

Step 4: Connect the CRT cable-from the wall socket, labeled "computer 1" or "computer 2"-to your own computer or to the computer Wyoming(see figure 2).

Step 5: Now you can open your computer and start. If the signal does not come out on the screen, you can push the COMPUTER button #2(see figure 0), it will switch to the other channel-push this button the input signal will switch between computer 1 and computer 2-you use one of them.

Step 6: Now the signal should come out; otherwise, the connecting is not correct; check again until the content of the demo computer's screen come to the proxima's screen.

Step 7: If the image on the pulldown screen is not good; push the AUTO-POSITION button #3 (see figure 0).

Step 8: After use, please turn off the proxima: first bush the POWER button #1(see figure 0); after that you will see the prompt message "POWEROFF? YES: PRESS AGAIN", so just press the POWER button again and the proxima should turn off.

Step 9: Lift the screen; and leave the connections as they are.
